A friendly, strengthening yoga class for everyone – targeting key areas for swimmers, sea-dippers and outdoor lovers.

This weekly flow is designed to help you move with more ease, build functional strength and feel more confident in your body – whether you’re in the water, on the trails or at your desk. Each class blends mobility, balance, breath awareness and calming relaxation in a warm, welcoming space.

Perfect for complete beginners, returning yogis or anyone wanting a supportive weekly practice that feels steady, strengthening and grounding.

Single Classes – Full Refunds 48 hours before class:

  • Full refund minus a £5 admin fee (to cover processing charges & admin time)

  • Must be requested at least 48 hours before the class

Within 48 Hours:

  • No refunds, but you may gift your place to someone else

  • Email me their name before class starts
