About Dani
Dani is a yoga teacher, coach, and wild-hearted human who believes in the quiet power of nature, rest, and presence to guide us back to ourselves.
With over 15 years’ experience in healthcare, Dani brings a deep understanding of the body, nervous system, and emotional wellbeing into her work. She trained as a yoga teacher in 2012 through Yoga London, completing her studies at the Kagyu Samye Dzong Tibetan Buddhist Centre in Bermondsey. Her teaching is grounded, intuitive, and always led by the breath.
Alongside movement-based yoga, Dani offers deeply restorative practices, including guided Yoga Nidra and nervous-system-led rest. Her work in this area supports deep parasympathetic relaxation, helping people move out of constant “doing” and into genuine rest, regulation, and recovery. These practices are especially supportive for those navigating stress, fatigue, burnout, or the sustained demands of modern life.
A lifelong adventurer, Dani is an ultramarathon runner with two Fastest Known Times to her name, having completed both the South West Coast Path and the Wales Coast Path. She knows what it means to meet the edges of the self and to soften into them, again and again. Her love of movement in wild landscapes infuses her retreats and coaching with both grit and grace, bringing together resilience, presence, and deep respect for the body’s rhythms.
As an ICF-accredited coach (ACC), Dani specialises in confidence, mindset, and personal growth. Her coaching offers a compassionate, structured space for reflection, clarity, and forward movement, always at a pace that feels supportive rather than pressured.
Mostly, you’ll find her barefoot in a forest, swimming in wild water, or creating spaces where people can reconnect with what is real, simple, and sacred; through movement, breath, deep rest, and time in nature.

“Out in the wild, I learnt that strength isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about knowing when to flow, when to rest, and how to be fully present in the moment. Like water that can be both soft and unstoppable, this space is about embracing your own rhythm with kindness and courage. Rooted in the wilderness, we grow together, no pressure, just gentle unfolding.”
